Wishful Thinking #6

I'm going to fly like an eagle oneday!

The rain will wash your car for you.

single scoop: an amazingly fine shower of wax might follow the rain too!

double scoop: Hey Mr. Fly! Are you going for a world record or something!

triple scoop: If you’ve missed the last 5, they are still here and here and here and here and here .

  1. Damn, I thought Mr. Fly was “there”. That’s why I never saw any of these before.

  2. Dear Planetross,
    Happy HopeDay4 to you!
I am going to peruse your Japan column and will leave a relevant comment there.

  3. It is a good thing I’m not paying for it cause Rain does a lousy job with car washing.

  4. Ah, car wash photos! My favorite! If the rain washed and waxed, I wouldn’t have that octopus attack feeling you get in the tunnel! It’s a syndrome: when one feels like they are being attacked by an octopus. Could you create an official name for it, please?

  5. If the wax drizzle could be followed by a windstorm full of chamois then I think we’d be good to go.

  6. Hey, how’d you know that I needed a spic and span van? I debated on whether or not to take my van to the car wash today. I decided to hold out for the rain.

You should add a new category called purposeful thoughts.

I seem to be a regular here now. Is this ok? Your blogs are just so….interesting. 🙂

  7. Thanks for all the comments.

Kelly Pettit: No, Mr. Fly is here and here and here and here and here. Definitely not there.

yogaBerri: thanks for stopping by again! I love the book: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/258766

David: I agree. Rain isn’t the best car washer, but that’s the best it can do weather you like it or weather you don’t.

w1kkp: I have been through a carwash since I was a little kid. I’ll try to think of an official unofficial name for the process.

Dennis the Vizsla: What a wonderful world that would be … if I was inside.

Tammy: I was thinking more about my van, but I guess your van can be included too!
Stop by as often as you like; the door’s always open!
