The Wrong Signal

Can you get a ticket for running a red light district?

Is that a traffick violation?

note: for a real eye opener have a look at the Coalition Against Trafficking in Women  fact book about each country.

double note: I’ve bummed myself out with this one.

  1. If it’s a red light zone, how do you get in? Did everyone there run the red lights? Seems like the police could just start handing out tickets at random.

  2. What is a red light district? I have no idea? Is there one in our small town of Numata? Man, you’ve been around much more than me.

  3. I agree with the Turk on this one. How does one get in WITHOUT getting a ticket?

  4. Thanks for the comments.

    I agree. It’s a Catch-22. It’s a riddle wrapped in a conundrum rolled up in an enigma.

Mr. Pettit: I’ll show you the pop-up book about red light districts the next time you come over: Elmo explains all in Sesame Streetwalker.

  5. Where ever did you find an enigma to wrap the conundrum in? I’ve looked all over Ebay for one. Perhaps they cannot be purchased used.

  6. I have never seen a green light district. If you go to one can you ever stop to look around? or do you have to keep going?

  7. Thanks for the comments.

    S. Le: on Ebay the enigmas are between enemas and Enya.

Tony: you have to approach green light districts slowly and wait for the lights to change.
