The Peak

How do you know when you’ve reached your peak?

I guess you never know.

I guess it’s all a matter of perspective.

I wish I had some “perspectacles”.

note: I hope I’m still climbing to the peak.

But I could just be metaphorically complaining about my blisters. Who knows?

  1. Think every “tall” cliche you’ve ever heard about yourself. I just said them. And, then, I remembered your “tall” post. Can see your friend’s head balding first. Hey! You are wearing a hat. No fair.

  2. Peak… The tallest thing I’ve climbed that’s not manmade is probably a dirt mound.

  3. Love the picture, keep climbing….; -)

  4. My feet hurt. Guess I’m at the bottom of the mountain looking up. *sigh*

  5. I guess if you’re lucky enough to make it into your 80’s you can fairly say you’ve reached your peak.

  6. I got tired staying up to read from my blogroll.

I think my peak may be the bowl of Lucky Charms tomorrow morning.

  7. Perspectacles!

    I want me some!

The word itself just cracked me up. Thanks…..

    still laughing.

  8. sweetiegirlz: the photo was taken from Huayna Picchu looking down on Machu Picchu.

razzbuffnik: I don’t know where that one came from, but I like it too.

everyone else: as Julie Andrews sang, “climb every mountain”. 🙂
